Sharpen Your Memory With Hypnosis

Hypnosis is an incredible tool to develop a powerful memory. Not only does it help strengthen memory by using certain visualization and meditation techniques, but it also works by increasing brain size, growing new, healthy cells and thickens parts of the brain associated with memory and cognition. You have the power to create a super memory powerhouse inside your brain with the flip of a switch-you just need the correct resources and the right instructions to help turn it on.

Studies have shown that meditation and hypnosis is beneficial in creating new brain cells and can actually thicken parts of the brain associated with memory, cognition and attention. This is revolutionary work, as in the past, the brain was seen as a fixed organ that couldn’t grow after a certain developmental age. However thought alone has been shown, time and time again, to increase brain size and cortical thickness.

To strengthen your memory, the best way is to perform self hypnosis. This is an easy technique that can be learned within minutes. It is best to have someone guiding you through the hypnosis session, so your brain can stay directed toward the specific outcome. However, if you have the time and the determination, you can do this yourself.

Find a quite place to relax. Fully and completely relax every muscle in your body, and continue to breathe and relax for about 5 to 10 minutes. This alone will help develop the mind and strengthen the parts of the brain associated with memory. You might also try to visualize or imagine a machine in your mind, or a super-storehouse that supplies all of your memories. Each time a memory goes into this storehouse or machine, it gets processed immediately and stored in an orderly place to easy retrieving. Continue in this imagination for about 5 to 10 minutes, as well. A hypnosis program that is geared toward strengthening and developing a strong memory will focus on deeper techniques, but this will get you on the right path.

Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis

Tinnitus is classified as the perception of noise without the respective external sound. This can be caused by infections, obstructions, sinus problems, hearing loss and subconscious miscommunications. The noise tinnitus sufferers hear can be different, for some it’s a ringing, for other it’s a hiss, and for some it can be something else entirely. Even the duration of the noise can differ, whether it’s constant or irregular. The only certainty is the annoyance and suffering that tinnitus brings.

Fortunately there is an answer. An end to the suffering. Hypnosis has shown itself to be at the forefront of complementary treatment again and again and once more hypnosis is coming to the forefront as the most effective form of relief for tinnitus sufferers. That is why we at HypnoBusters have created our Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis MP3.

Our Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis MP3 will help you in three ways:

1. During the hypnosis session you will feel deeply relaxed, relieving you of any stress that may have built up because of your condition.

2. Hypnotic suggestions will help you to turn down (and for some turn off entirely) the noise that has caused you suffering.

3. Even if you are left with a quieter ringing sound you will become less focused on the noise.

Due to the nature of both tinnitus we can’t promise that this hypnosis session will be a complete cure for everyone. However a recent study concluded that every patient who used hypnosis as a form of treatment for tinnitus recorded significant improvement in their symptoms.

Just imagine the level of noise in you head being reduced by 50%, wouldn’t that make your life so much better? Of course it would, and with our Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis MP3 you could experience that sort of reduction and more. There is no risk as you are entitled to your money back within 90 days of purchasing this MP3 if you don’t experience an improvement in your condition.

So download our Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis MP3 now and allow yourself to feel release from the constant pressure of tinnitus.

"Banned" Chinese Hypnosis Video Making Waves

Today a video of a Chinese hypnosis session has hit the news with the headline “Hypnosis Video Sleep: Watch Banned Self Hypnosis Video”. In this 27 minute long video two people discuss hypnosis in English, and then Mooncy Wu performs a live hypnosis routine in Mandarin, the language most commonly spoken in China.

‎So what is so mystical and “banned” about this video? While I don’t speak Chinese I imagine that this is simply a relaxation hypnosis session given then intriguing title of “Banned Self Hypnosis Video” by World Buzz Now. The title alone has driven over 1,000 people to watch the video today. However upon further investigation the original title of the video was the much less sensationalistic “HBE Special- 中文催眠 (普通话) Hypnosis in Chinese with Mooncy Wu”.

Banned hypnosis technique: No.

Great marketing: Yes.

You can watch the controversial hypnosis video below.

Scientific Hypnosis Research

There are a lot of conflicting opinions on the soundness of hypnosis as a form of treatment. Nevertheless scientific researchesseem to have concluded that hypnosis is not only a real form of treatment but also highly effective.

It is only natural that ahead of experimenting with an alternative treatment, such as hypnosis, that anyone would demand to be shown proof that it really works. There have been a number of controlled studies over the last several decades and they all seem to arrive at the same conclusion, hypnosis really does work. In this article I will reveal just a couple of the many pieces of research about hypnosis and how they show that hypnosis works.

Before I begin though I would like to explain how hypnosis worksas many people are unaware of this. Individuals who’ve not been in a hypnotic trance often imagine it to be a type of sleep where you can be forced to perform certain actions against your will. This belief is brought about by street hypnosis where the hypnotist “manipulates” their volunteer. The keyword in that last sentence was volunteer. A street hypnotist will request volunteers, and merely by volunteering they’re already agreeing to do whatever the hypnotist asks of them. It’s simple to “hypnotize” a person into acting like a chicken in front of a crowd but if the hypnotist then asked them to murder someone, do you think the volunteer woulddo so? Certainly not since the volunteer is there to enjoy themselves, not commit a serious crime.

Hypnotherapy (therapy from hypnosis) is rather different from stage hypnotism. Prior to a therapeutic hypnosis session starts the hypnotist and the client will talk about the goals of the client and agree on the subjects the session will concentrate on.

It is believed that hypnosis works first by priming the subconscious mind to suggestion. Once the mind is open the hypnotherapist can implant suggestions to assist the client to achieve their goal, whether it be to lose weight, quit smoking or another thing entirely.

By now you should have a strong understanding of how hypnosis works so now I will show the evidence that hypnosis works as a form of treatment.

Hypnosis and Weight Loss

In research to examine the helpfulness of hypnosis on weight loss 109 subjects (who were aged between 17 to 67) completed a behavioral treatment either with or without the addition of hypnosis. The treatment lasted 9 weeks and after follow ups both 8 months and 2 years after the treatment the subjects who used hypnosis showed a long-term weight loss rate much higher than the people who didn’t. It was also found that those who used hypnosis were much better at achieving and maintaining their ideal weight goals.

Effectiveness of Hypnosis as an Adjunct to Behavioral Weight Management

Hypnosis Effects Can Be Scanned

At Hull University in 2009 scientists found that hypnosis had a noticeable effect on brain patterns when scanned. This means that hypnosis is not only a sop treatment as some sceptics say it to be.

Dr. Michael Heap, a psychologist involved in the study, concluded that hypnosis primes the mind for suggestion. This piece of research shows proof that hypnosis works and also exactly how it works.

Once a mind is primed to suggestion a hypnotist can then help their patron achieve their goals. I have just touched upon a couple of the many pieces of research into hypnosis but they have been many more. There is proof that hypnosis works for pain relief, relieving IBS symptoms, skin problems, improving confidence as well as many other problems.

Maybe the ultimate proof that hypnosis works though is to experience it for yourself as personal accounts also appear to fall on the side of hypnosis working. Even A-List stars such as Drew Barrymore and Ben Affleck have gone on the record as saying hypnosis helped them to quit smoking.

If you’ve ever thought about using hypnosis but not felt sure whether it would work for you, you should now have all the proof you need to use hypnosis with confidence.
